Working alongside our sister company Cabin Cube we design build and install modular buildings.

We also work in partnership with other modular and prefab building suppliers to design, build and commission sites taking into site demands and requirements, service connections and planning considerations.

Previous works include the installation of temporary access roads, ground preparation works, infrastructure and utilities installations and soft and hard landscaping.

While these partner companies fabricate the building, we undertake the infrastructure and enabling works ready for the building delivery, including subbase, foundations, drainage, water and power requirements.

Whether it’s an office building, school, or hospital building, our extensive experience, combined with our multi-disciplined staff base, means we can provide our Modular customers with a total groundworks and infrastructure solution; from foundations to fixed wire testing.

To enable speedy occupation and use of the buildings were able to offer and install temporary generators, waste tanks and water supplies in the scenario where existing suitable services are not available for immediate connections.

Our in-house hire fleet of temporary generators and packaged plant stations enables us to get temporary buildings and modular setups live and operational in the remotest of places.
